This is our FASTEST option to get you from where you are today to where you need to be.  You will sign up for a 30 day free trial and your software will be ready for you to use prior to signing up for the paid version.  The first 30 days will be spent configuring and setting up your tools, we will meet a few times so we can understand your business and your workflows.  The next 60 days will be training sessions to help you form routines and make any necessary adjustments to run your business with new tools.


This package includes:

1. Configuration of a new CRM and Invoicing tool.  You will choose FIVE additional tools to run your business.

    The tools to choose from are: 

        Calendar scheduling

        Webinars

        Electronic Signature

        Accounting (importing existing data is additional cost)

        Project Management

        File Storage Drive

        Social Media Scheduling

        Survey tools

        Website  (configuring a website is additional cost)

2.  Training for how to use the software through 5 one hour coaching sessions.

OPTION #2: Done WITH you

Done WITH you

This option will go at your pace.  You will do some things and we will do others.  You will learn along the way and will have the ability to set up more of your own tools as you need them.  You will sign up for a 30-day free trial and we will work together for up to 90 days to get your system up and running. 


This package includes:

1. Eight weekly sessions at 1-hour each for us to configure and set up your new CRM and Invoicing tool.  You will have the choice for us to set up as many additional tools as we have time to complete.

    The tools to choose from are: 

        Calendar scheduling

        Webinars

        Electronic Signature

        Accounting (importing historical data is additional cost)

        Project Management

        File Storage Drive

        Social Media Scheduling

        Survey tools

        Website- we will show you basic ways to create your website, but full creation of a website is additional cost

        Email Campaign (configuring email workflows is additional cost)

2.  Training for how to use the software through 2 additional 1-hour coaching sessions. 

3.  Invitation to an online community of other businesses using the same tools to ask questions and learn what others are doing.

OPTION #3: We TEACH you

We TEACH you

This option is for the diligent business owner who will complete the steps needed to achieve value.  You will sign up for the 30-day trial with Zoho One just before we begin group training sessions.   We will have have the cadence of two weeks on, one week off for 4 cycles to allow you to keep up with your work.


This package includes:

1. Eight sessions of 1-hour group training.

2.  You will learn how to customize your CRM and set up an invoicing tool.
