Amy Calder, MA
Amy is the owner of Golden Innovation Group. She has a BS in Biochemistry and an MA in Organization Management. She has been an internal consultant to the life sciences industry for the past 25 years.

- She’s been involved in over 7 M&A deals on both sides of the table.
- She has held Operations, Commercial, and Compliance leadership roles.
She brings a unique perspective to the table for problem-solving given her diverse background. She has sat in many seats and understands the view from each of them. She is data-driven but also understands that the quest for perfect data can be a roadblock. Amy’s network is vast and connects you to a variety of experts as you need them.
Amy is also an international best selling author in the collaborative book Evolution of Leadership in STEM - Women Catalyzing Change. She shares her journey and uses the book to motivate young women to pursue STEM careers.

Amy and her husband are both cancer survivors and care deeply about advancements in the biotech and healthcare industries to improve the diagnosis, treatment, and care that patients receive. In her spare time, she volunteers with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and sits on the Golden Retriever Rescue of WI board. She spends her summers boating and watching her two Golden Retrievers enjoying their favorite thing -swimming.
Training and Experience
Amy has completed extensive change and project management training to provide custom client approaches. In addition, she has in-depth knowledge of GXP regulations and the parts of the code of federal laws and regulations that apply to operations. She has extensive Zoho One configuration knowledge and experience setting up small businesses for success.
With Amy's collaborative book published on December 10th, 2024, she is now an international best-selling author rising to #1 in the United States, Canada, and the UK.

Our History
With her experience in biotech, Amy witnessed firsthand when companies became overextended and had to undergo site closures, furloughs, and layoffs. Recognizing that these harsh realities are sometimes avoidable, Amy developed a passion for process and efficiency to minimize impact on employees and ensure responsible spending. In 2023, this dedication to efficiency and helping others led to the founding of Golden Innovation Group.
